They need a dynamic high energy Client Care Adviser who is DFS qualified and RG146 compliant to hit the ground running by engaging clients in telephone based sales, establishing appointments for Advisers while maintaining accurate client contact data.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Demonstrate prior experience in a similar role
  • Competent MS Office Skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Well developed time management skills together with excellent verbal and written communication
  • High level of presentation and facilitation ability
The ability to take ownership of a role, a vibrant positive can do attitude will be highly regarded as will your commitment to achieve. This role may involve some travel from time to time.
