Well established practice in the Newcastle region with a strong reputation in the community. The practice provides tax & compliance services to a client base consisting of a solid base of Individual clients & small business clients. The Vendor’s preference is to stay on with the purchaser in a part time role doing hands on accounting. The  purchaser will benefit from a seamless transition of the clients and staff as well with  the ongoing role of the Vendor in the practice continuing to service the client base.
