The practice is very geared towards Individuals with rental properties/other investments with 50% of the fees sitting below $1K. A further 40% of the fees are small businesses in the $1K-$5K category. Largest client is $10,000.

The purchaser will not only need to replace the Vendor who is hands on but will also need to add additional Accounting staff to the team to enable the practice to reach its true potential.
